No other stone emulates the richness of greenery as the emerald does. Its colour has fuelled the imaginations of the aristocracy since ancient times. The charismatic cut of the emerald is related to the longitudinal shape of the crystal and is the best way to bring out the unique bottle-green colour of the emerald.
The name emerald comes from the Greek "smaragdos" meaning green stone.
In this project, I decided to balance the shape of the octagonal emerald cut with the deep symbolism of the gem (in reference to nature). The emeralds have been embedded in an organic, plant form, which, thanks to the openwork contour, possess a slightly abstract look. Diamonds will be set in the upper part. The earrings can be made in any colour of 18k gold.
