Legend has it that Ferdinand Porsche's son painted the design of the brand's logo on a napkin in a New York restaurant during a meeting with Max Hoffman - a car distributor for the US. The American was then to persuade the German to create a characteristic symbol.
The logo is based on the coat of arms of the People's State of Württemberg during the Weimar Republic, with characteristic antlers symbolizing the richness of wildlife.
It was the antler motif that inspired me to design unique cufflinks. The contour of the cufflink is a decorative frame in which a golden symbol is inscribed on the hand-engraved negative space. Everything can be made in any metal.
